• How do I order equipment from the Dealer Pricing section?
  • Submit a copy of your purchase order and a signed copy of the quote (with your required options highlighted or circled) to sales@cliffsidebody.com.  You will receive an email receipt with confirmation that we have received your order.  You may also do this via fax (201-945-7534) or mail (Cliffside Body Corp, 130 Broad Ave, Fairview NJ 07022)
• How do I order a chassis through the Reading chassis pool?
  • Find the chassis you would like to order through our Reading Chassis Pool section (you can request a copy of the chassis spec sheet by calling or emailing sales@cliffsidebody.com). Then, submit a signed copy of the spec sheet along with your purchase order and signed copy of your quote.
• How do I get a made-to-order chassis through the Reading chassis pool that is not currently in the chassis pool?
  • Send a copy of the spec sheet of the particular chassis you would like to order to sales@cliffsidebody.com.  We will then issue you a confirmation spec sheet from Reading that you must sign and resubmit to sales@cliffsidebody.com. (Please note that chassis may only be ordered with they are being upfit with a Reading body).
• How do I request a quote with equipment that is not shown in the dealer pricing section?
  •  Send an email to sales@cliffsidebody.com with your quote request.  One of our sales representatives will respond with a quote (usually within a few hours, depending on the complexity of the quote).  You may also call one of our sales representatives with a request at 201-945-3970.
• How does the “Bucks For Trucks” incentive program work?
  • The “Bucks For Trucks” dollar amount is listed in each chassis pool list.  This applicable amount can either be issued as a Visa gift card to the salesperson or a body discount on that particular order.
• Are there any additional fees that may be associated with my order that are not otherwise listed on the pre-made quotes in the “Equipment Pricing” section?
  • Ship-Thru (charged for made-to-order chassis not currently in the Reading chassis pool)   –   $200 on Cliffside Body invoice
  • Freight Re-Entry (adding a completed pool vehicle to Ford’s national vehicle transportation system for local delivery)   –   $150 on dealer chassis invoice and between $75-$220 on Cliffside Body invoice depending on chassis location)
  • Body Transfer Freight (transferring a body from an auxiliary pool location to Reading, PA or Claremore, OK)   –   See Below
